Property’s cancellation policy
To confirm a reservation we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Changes are permitted up to 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and any cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the non-refundable deposit.
In the event of any cancellations or changes we will always try and re-sell your room nights, and will gladly refund your deposit or cancellation fee if we are able to do so, less a $250 administration fee.
Bedarra is an island location and as a result we may need to amend, delay or cancel your reservation due to unfavourable weather conditions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover this scenario.
